"Networking to Hire"

We are all feeling the pains of hiring and turn over. So, how do we find a low cost, high impact approach to separate ourselves from the rest of the crowd looking to hire or keep talent. In today's topic, "Networking To Hire", Mitch is going to take an alternative approach he used in sales to retain existing clients that can be applied to "internal" clients (employees), while diving deep in two areas to help attract the right talent. These include Building Communities and using an ACTIVE LinkedIn strategy. This will be a very tactical conversation with several action items coming out to start implementing yourself or in your organization right away!

Growing up in a conservative home, Mitch was taught getting a corporate job, climbing the ladder, and being financially successful, would create happiness in his life. After nine years of being an engineer, he dropped that mindset and established his own definition of success and happiness. In the middle of the pandemic, he decided quit his job and go all-in on building different businesses while giving himself the protected time to be more present with two young boys, a baby daughter, and a loving wife. Even though the fear, the anxiety, and the sleepless nights (mainly due to the baby) are still present, he's never been more happy and more clear about the future. He now spends his time helping individuals and businesses strengthen their most valued relationships, helping attract the talent companies want, while also encouraging others to find the thing that truly makes them thrive!
