    As the Director of People and Culture, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that attracts, retains, and develops top talent. You will lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, promote diversity and inclusion, and align organizational culture with strategic objectives. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for driving positive change within the organization.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Culture Development: Develop and maintain a strong organizational culture aligned with the company's values and goals. Implement initiatives to promote a positive work environment, foster employee morale, and enhance overall employee experience.
    Talent Acquisition and Retention: Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent to the organization. Develop strategies for employee retention, including career development, performance management, and recognition programs.
    Employee Engagement: Design and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.

    HR Strategy and Compliance: Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Ensure HR practices are aligned with industry best practices and support the organization's overall goals.
    Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives and provide support to employees during periods of change. Communicate changes effectively and proactively address concerns to minimize resistance.
    Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters. Manage employee relations issues effectively and ensure fair and consistent resolution.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
    • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive organizational success.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate HR initiatives into business results.
    • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
