Lori MacDonald has been in the staffing industry with Adecco for over 23 years. During her tenure, she has worked on sourced and hired for high-volume entry level projects, CPAs and Controllers, and everything in between. When she started in the industry, everything was paper based from newspaper ads to paper applications. Over the years, she has embraced the way technology has changed recruiting. Lori earned her degree in Human Resource Management from Friends University and is currently studying for the SHRM-CP.

He managed an employment agency for over 6 years and has recruited, interviewed, and hired over 1,000 people. He earned a KU MBA, SHRM-SCP, and is grateful to have been sincerely thanked for the way he fired an employee.
