Presenter: Craig Stromgren
Craig Stromgren has been in the risk management/safety field for over 30 years. He attended college at Emporia State, played basketball for “Coach Slay” and was the first finance major at the University. He went to work at IBP in Emporia as a Production Supervisor and then the Safety Manager. He then moved to Dubuque, Iowa in 1990 and worked for an insurance broker as a Loss Control Consultant. In 1993, he moved to Topeka and worked for KWORC and KCAMP for the counties across the State of Kansas. He was given the opportunity to buy Safety Consulting, Inc. in 1994. He lives in Silver Lake, KS with his wife of 20 years, Kyra. He has four grown children. He enjoys time with his family and friends, cooking, golf and wine.
