Program:
Participants will understand the importance and the details of how to ask questions to gather the information needed to make decisions about going forward - or not.
At the end of the session, participants will be able to:
- List six good questions or phrases when seeking to understand
- Define how answering a question with a question is powerful.
- Explain why a softening statement is needed before certain questions.
Presenter: Dan Stalp, Sandler Training
Dan Stalp has over 25 years of experience leading, training, and coaching high performing individuals. He has risked everything and completely started over twice career wise, once in 1993 and most recently in 2005. Dan has co-authored two books "The Reunion" and "Another Reunion" about career significance and how being grateful plays an instrumental role in being the best you can be. When not being mistaken for a certain Hollywood movie star, Dan and his wife Lisa are traveling to Dallas, Texas and Fayetteville, Arkansas to visit their two grown daughters. Or they are attending the University of Kansas or high school sporting events with their two sons
