HR Manager @ Lawrence Presbyterian Manor (Lawrence, KS)
Lawrence Presbyterian Manor is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join the team.
The primary purpose of the Human Resources Manager is to recruit staff, process new hire paperwork, and conduct onboarding; employee relations; worker's compensation; FMLA; payroll time card submission; be knowledgeable of company benefits; works in cooperation with PMMA Human Resources. The Human Resources Manager will consult with the Regional Human Resources Director or corporate Human Resources regarding policies, procedures, and terminations.
Education/Experience and/or Training
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources preferred.
- 3 years experience in human resource administration preferred.
- SHRM and/or HRCI certification preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of federal and state labor laws and regulations preferred.
- Computer proficiency with Word and Excel as well as the ability to learn HRIS programs is preferred.
