Jennifer Bergmann
Description:
Jennifer will discuss digital recruiting, how best to use it as well as metrics digital recruitment can provide to improve candidate satisfaction and company recruitment outcomes. She will also introduce Artificial Intelligence (AI) and how it is impacting recruitment. Jennifer will discuss ways HR Professionals can incorporate AI to improve or streamline their recruitment activities. Jennifer will also speak about potential pitfalls and areas to be aware of as AI enters our workplace.
Jennifer Bergmann is currently the CEO of Piney Technical Services a professional recruitment and staffing agency focusing on Manufacturing and Quality in a wide area of industries. With a degree in Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, she has been in the recruiting and placement space for more than 25 years. She started her own business 15 years ago and has been helping companies with their hard to fill positions as well as their everyday staffing needs ever since. She has been on cutting edge of recruitment while also bringing a wealth of experience to assist her clients.
