Kansas Athletics Inc. is seeking an experienced Payroll/HR Coordinator. This person will work directly with and report to the Human Resources Director, and is responsible for a range of Payroll and Human Resources (HR) duties at Kansas Athletics. The position is responsible for processing all aspects of payroll for approximately 500 full-time and part-time employees, and maintaining current and accurate filing of employee payroll records. The position will assist with a variety of HR administrative tasks, generate reports as requested, and ensure all employee data is entered timely and accurately.
Considered applicants will have:
- Associates Degree or equivalent professional business experience;
- Three to five years of primary accountability for computerized payroll processing for 150+ employees including retirement plans and taxable fringe benefits;
- Experience using HRIS databases and Payroll/HR software.
